A Sankey diagram maker for numbers you will use again.

Paste the movements of money in, one line each. Style the diagram where you can see it. Export at the size you need, and keep the diagram for next period.

The diagram below is drawn from the numbers shown. Nothing on this page is a mock-up.

The five steps

  1. 1

Open the studio. Nothing to install, no account.

The studio runs in the browser and opens on a diagram already drawn. That diagram is a monthly budget; you replace its numbers with yours.

  2. 2

Paste the numbers over the example

One line per movement of money: source, amount in brackets, target. The panel reads each line as it lands, and the diagram redraws while you type.

A block of spreadsheet cells pastes as it is. Anything a line is missing is listed back in plain words, and the rest still draws.

  3. 3

Style it where you can see it

Theme, curve, labels, value format and export size sit beside the canvas. Every control redraws the diagram as you move it, so the look is a decision you make with your eyes.

The look is saved as a theme, so the next diagram starts from the same place.

  4. 4

    Export the size you need

A watermarked PNG is free, with no account. Deck, square and wide export sizes are controls, not guesses.

The clean PNG or SVG export is what a Pass buys: $12 for a week, $39 for a quarter or $99 for a year, paid once.

  5. 5

Keep it, and re-run it next period

A Pass saves the diagram. Next month, paste the new numbers into the same diagram and re-run it: node order, theme and export size stay exactly where they were.

The month you replaced is kept as a dated snapshot you can reopen or duplicate.

Questions

Is this Sankey diagram maker free?
Building and styling a diagram is free and needs no account. A watermarked PNG download is free. A Pass buys saving, re-running and clean PNG or SVG export.
Do I need an account to make a diagram?
No. The studio opens on a drawn diagram and every control works before any sign-in. An account only enters when you want the diagram saved.
What goes into a diagram?
Only the lines you paste. Each line is a source, an amount and a target, and the diagram redraws from those lines alone.
What export sizes and formats are there?
Deck, square and wide, as PNG or SVG. The size is a control beside the canvas, so the file matches where it is going.
Can I keep a diagram and use it again?
Yes. A Pass saves the diagram, and next period you paste new numbers into it and re-run. The old numbers stay as a dated snapshot.
